The ROSNOL AD-MC1MC25A/911-91 is engineered for dependable RF connectivity. It supports DC to 6 GHz with 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.20 (≥ 20.8 dB return loss), and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB. Electrical performance includes insulation resistance ≥ 1 GΩ, test voltage 750 V rms, working voltage 250 V rms, and RF leakage ≥ 90 dB up to 1 GHz. The screw-lock coupling mechanism ensures secure engagement and mechanical durability for ≥ 500 mating cycles, with coupling torque recommended at 0.25–0.35 Nm and test torque ≤ 0.71 Nm.
Piece parts and finishes are selected for durability: centre contact in beryllium copper with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating; body in brass with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating; insulator in PTFE; coupling nut in brass with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. The adapter provides corrosion resistance and operates reliably across a temperature range of -65°C to +155°C.
