The ROSNOL AD-M1M25A/99-91 is engineered for dependable RF connectivity. It supports DC to 6 GHz with 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.20 (≥ 21 dB return loss), and insertion loss ≤ 0.1 × √F (GHz) dB. Electrical performance includes insulation resistance ≥ 1 GΩ, test voltage 750 V rms, working voltage 335 V rms, and RF leakage ≥ 70 dB up to 1 GHz. The screw-lock coupling mechanism ensures secure engagement and mechanical durability for ≥ 500 mating cycles, with engagement force ≤ 25 N and disengagement force 8–20 N.Piece parts and finishes are selected for durability: centre contact in beryllium copper with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating; body in brass with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating; insulator in PTFE. The adapter provides corrosion resistance and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
