The ROSNOL AD-HN2HN25A/03-03 is a straight HN jack (female) to HN jack (female) adapter built for dependable RF connectivity. It supports a frequency range from DC to 4 GHz with 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.33 (≥ 17 dB return loss), and insertion loss ≤ 0.1 × √F (GHz) dB. Electrical performance includes insulation resistance ≥ 10 GΩ, test voltage 3500 V rms, working voltage 2500 V rms, and RF leakage ≥ 128 dB from DC to 1 GHz. The screw-lock coupling ensures secure engagement and mechanical durability for ≥ 300 mating cycles, with recommended torque 0.7–1.1 Nm and test torque ≤ 1.7 Nm.Piece parts and finishes are selected for durability: centre contact in brass with silver plating; body in brass with nickel finish; insulator in PTFE; gasket in silicone rubber; coupling nut in brass with nickel finish. The plating system offers corrosion resistance, and the adapter operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
