The ROSNOL AD-HN1HN15A/033-033 is a straight HN plug (male) to HN plug (male) adapter engineered for precision RF interconnects. It supports a frequency range from DC to 4 GHz with 50 ohm impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.33 (≥ 17 dB return loss), and insertion loss ≤ 0.1 x sqrt(F in GHz) dB. Electrical integrity is ensured by insulation resistance ≥ 10 Gohm, test voltage 3500 V rms, working voltage 2500 V rms, and RF leakage ≥ 128 dB from DC to 1 GHz. The screw-lock coupling provides secure contact retention and mechanical durability rated for ≥ 300 mating cycles, with recommended coupling torque 0.7–1.1 Nm and test torque ≤ 1.7 Nm.

Piece parts and plating are selected for long service life: centre contact in brass with silver plating; body in brass with copper–tin–zinc alloy finish; insulator in PTFE; gasket in silicone rubber; coupling nut in brass with copper–tin–zinc alloy finish. The plating system offers robust corrosion resistance, and the assembly operates reliably across a -55°C to +125°C temperature range.
