The ROSNOL AD‑A2A75B/9X-9X is a straight RF adapter designed for 50 ohm systems, operating from DC to 18 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.20 (return loss ≥ 20.83 dB). It features low insertion loss defined as ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB, insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤ 3 mΩ, and outer contact resistance ≤ 2 mΩ. The adapter withstands a test voltage of 1000 V rms, supports a working voltage of 480 V rms, and offers power handling up to 200 W at 2 GHz. The screw‑lock coupling provides secure engagement with ≥ 500 mating cycles, center contact captivation of axial ≥ 27 N and radial ≥ 3 N·cm, a coupling test torque ≤ 1.7 N·m, and recommended torque of 0.8–1.1 N·m.

Constructed with a stainless steel body (passivated) and PTFE insulator, the adapter employs a beryllium copper center contact with gold plating (3 micro‑inch) over a non‑magnetic nickel‑phosphorus underplating (80 micro‑inch). This plating stack enhances corrosion resistance and electrical stability across the operating band.
