The ROSNOL AD-A2A75A/9X-9X is a robust straight adapter for 50 Ω systems operating from DC to 18 GHz. It offers VSWR ≤ 1.20 (return loss ≥ 20.83 dB), insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √f (GHz) dB, and insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ. Electrical ratings include test voltage of 1000 V rms, working voltage of 480 V rms, and power handling up to 200 W at 2 GHz. RF leakage is ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz. The screw-lock coupling mechanism ensures secure engagement with ≥ 500 mating cycles, axial captivation ≥ 27 N, and recommended torque between 0.8 and 1.1 Nm.
Materials and plating: center contacts are beryllium copper with gold plating (3 µinch) over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplate (80 µinch). The body is stainless steel with passivation for corrosion resistance, while the insulator is PTFE for excellent dielectric stability. Operating temperature range is −65°C to +155°C.
