The ROSNOL AD-SC1SC25A-BH/H44-H4 is a robust bulkhead adapter for 50 Ω systems operating from DC to 11 GHz. It offers VSWR ≤ 1.25 (return loss > 19.08 dB) for stable signal integrity in high-frequency applications. The screw-lock coupling mechanism ensures secure engagement with ≥ 500 mating cycles, supporting reliable performance under demanding conditions.

Materials and plating: center contacts are phosphor bronze with gold plating (3 µinch) over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplate (80 µinch). The body, coupling nut, fastening nut, and washer are brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy plating for corrosion resistance, while the insulator is PTFE for excellent dielectric stability. A silicone rubber gasket provides environmental sealing. Operating temperature range is −65°C to +155°C.
