Description
SMB Jack (Female) to SMB Jack (Female) | Bulkhead Adapter | Screw-Lock | Brass Body
The ROSNOL AD-S2S25A-BH/11-11 is a compact bulkhead adapter designed for 50 Ω systems operating from DC to 4 GHz. It achieves VSWR ≤ 1.35 (return loss ≥ 16.54 dB) and insertion loss ≤ 0.1 × √f (GHz) dB, ensuring reliable signal integrity for low-frequency RF applications. Electrical ratings include insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤ 5 mΩ, and outer contact resistance ≤ 2.5 mΩ. Test voltage is 750 V rms, and working voltage is 250 V rms.Materials and plating: center contacts and body are brass with gold plating (3 µinch) over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplate (80 µinch). The insulator is PTFE for excellent dielectric stability, while fastening nuts and washers are brass with matching plating layers for durability. A silicone rubber gasket provides environmental sealing. Operating temperature range is −65°C to +155°C.
ROSNOL’s precision-engineered RF adapters deliver reliable performance across RF and microwave systems. Designed to meet the stringent demands of high-frequency signal transmission, ROSNOL adapters offer a cost-effective alternative to products from leading European and American brands. All ROSNOL RF components are manufactured in ISO 9001-certified facilities and fully comply with RoHS and REACH regulations. Customization services for materials, plating, and mechanical design are available to support specialized interconnect requirements.
