The ROSNOL AD-PM2PM25A-BH/99-99 is a high-performance bulkhead adapter for 50 Ω systems operating from DC to 65 GHz. It achieves VSWR ≤ 1.60 (return loss ≥ 12.7 dB) and insertion loss ≤ 0.07 × √f (GHz) dB, ensuring reliable signal integrity for ultra-wideband applications. Electrical ratings include insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤ 6 mΩ, and outer contact resistance ≤ 2 mΩ. The snap-on coupling mechanism supports ≥ 500 mating cycles with smooth bore plugs and ≥ 100 cycles with full detent plugs, providing flexibility for various RF configurations.Materials and plating: center contacts and body are beryllium copper with gold plating (3 µinch) over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplate (80 µinch). The insulator is PEI for excellent dielectric stability, while fastening nuts and washers are brass with matching plating layers for durability. Operating temperature range is −55°C to +155°C, ensuring consistent performance under harsh conditions.
