The ROSNOL AD-N1N25A-BH/833-83 is a precision bulkhead adapter designed for 50 Ω systems operating from DC to 12 GHz. It achieves VSWR ≤ 1.20, insertion loss ≤ 0.1 × √f (GHz) dB, insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, and contact resistance of ≤ 1 mΩ for the center and ≤ 0.25 mΩ for the outer contact. Rated for a working voltage of 500 V rms and power handling up to 1000 W at 1 GHz and 700 W at 2 GHz, this adapter ensures secure connectivity with a screw-lock coupling mechanism. RF leakage is ≥ 128 dB up to 1 GHz, and mechanical durability includes ≥ 500 mating cycles, axial captivation ≥ 28 N, and recommended torque between 0.7 and 1.1 Nm.

Materials and plating: center contacts are beryllium copper with silver plating for superior conductivity. The body, fastening nut, and washer are brass with nickel plating for corrosion resistance, while the insulator is PTFE for excellent dielectric stability. A silicone rubber gasket provides environmental sealing. Operating temperature range is −65°C to +165°C.
