The ROSNOL ADH-T2T25A-BHS/93-93 is a hermetically sealed bulkhead adapter designed for 50 Ω systems operating from DC to 11 GHz. It achieves VSWR ≤ 1.44, insertion loss ≤ 0.06 × √f (GHz) dB, insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, and contact resistance of ≤ 1.5 mΩ for the center and ≤ 1 mΩ for the outer contact. Rated for a test voltage of 1500 V rms, working voltage of 500 V rms, and power handling up to 80 W at 2 GHz, this adapter ensures secure connectivity with a screw-lock coupling mechanism. Mechanical durability includes ≥ 500 mating cycles, axial captivation ≥ 15 N, and recommended torque between 0.46 and 0.69 Nm. Hermetic sealing guarantees a leak rate not exceeding 1×10⁻⁷ cc/sec of helium at 1 atm differential.Materials and plating: center contacts are beryllium copper with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplate. The body, fastening nut, and washer are brass with nickel plating for corrosion resistance, while the insulator is PTFE and the gasket is silicone rubber. A glass seal ensures hermetic integrity. Operating temperature range is −65°C to +165°C.
