The ROSNOL AD-V2V25A-BH/9X-9X is a high‑frequency bulkhead adapter specified at 50 Ω for DC to 65 GHz operation. It delivers VSWR ≤ 1.25, insertion loss ≤ 0.4 dB, insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤ 4.0 mΩ, and outer contact resistance ≤ 2.5 mΩ. Electrical ratings include test voltage 500 V rms, working voltage 150 V rms, and RF leakage ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz. The screw‑lock mechanism provides secure coupling with center‑contact captivation ≥ 20 N, a coupling test torque of 1.65 Nm, recommended torque 0.80–1.10 Nm, and 2.5 Nm for the hexagon nut, supporting consistent performance in ultra‑wideband applications.

Materials and plating: center contacts are beryllium copper with gold plating; the body is stainless steel with passivation for corrosion resistance; the insulator is PEI for excellent dielectric stability. A silicone rubber gasket enhances sealing, and the fastening nut and washer are stainless steel with passivation for mechanical robustness. The operating temperature range is −55°C to +165°C.
