The ROSNOL AD-PCA2PCA25A-BH/9X-9X is a precision bulkhead adapter designed for 50 Ω systems operating from DC to 27 GHz. It offers VSWR ≤ 1.15, insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √f (GHz) dB, insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, and contact resistance of ≤ 3 mΩ for the center and ≤ 2 mΩ for the outer contact. Electrical ratings include a test voltage of 1000 V rms, working voltage of 480 V rms, and power handling up to 200 W at 2 GHz. RF leakage is ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz. The screw-lock coupling ensures secure engagement with ≥ 500 mating cycles, axial captivation ≥ 27 N, and recommended torque between 0.8 and 1.1 Nm.Materials and plating: center contacts are beryllium copper with gold plating (3 µinch) over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplate (80 µinch). The body is stainless steel with passivation for corrosion resistance, while the insulator is PTFE for excellent dielectric stability. Fastening nuts and washers are brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy plating for durability. Operating temperature range is −65°C to +165°C, ensuring reliable performance under harsh conditions.
