The ROSNOL AD-PCA1PCA15A-BH/1XX-1XX is a precision bulkhead adapter designed for 50 Ω systems operating from DC to 27 GHz. It offers VSWR ≤ 1.15, insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √f (GHz) dB, insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤ 3 mΩ, and outer contact resistance ≤ 2 mΩ. Electrical ratings include a test voltage of 1000 V rms, working voltage of 480 V rms, and power handling up to 200 W at 2 GHz. RF leakage is ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz. The screw-lock coupling mechanism ensures secure engagement with ≥ 500 mating cycles, coupling nut retention ≥ 270 N, axial captivation ≥ 27 N, and recommended torque between 0.8 and 1.1 Nm.

Materials and plating: center contacts are brass with gold plating (3 µinch) over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplate (80 µinch). The body and coupling nut are stainless steel with passivation for corrosion resistance, while the insulator is PTFE and the gasket is silicone rubber for environmental sealing. Fastening nuts and washers are stainless steel with passivation for durability. Operating temperature range is −65°C to +165°C, ensuring reliable performance under extreme conditions.
