he ROSNOL AD-PCA1PCA15A-BH/111-111 is a high-precision bulkhead adapter for 50 Ω systems operating from DC to 27 GHz. It achieves VSWR ≤ 1.15, insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √f (GHz) dB, insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, and contact resistance of ≤ 3 mΩ for the center and ≤ 2 mΩ for the outer contact. Rated for a test voltage of 1000 V rms, working voltage of 480 V rms, and power handling up to 200 W at 2 GHz, this adapter ensures secure connectivity with a screw-lock coupling mechanism. Mechanical durability includes ≥ 500 mating cycles, coupling nut retention ≥ 270 N, axial captivation ≥ 27 N, and recommended torque between 0.8 and 1.1 Nm.Materials and plating: center contacts, body, coupling nut, fastening nut, and washer are brass with gold plating (3 µinch) over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplate (80 µinch), providing excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. The insulator is PTFE for superior dielectric performance, and the gasket is silicone rubber for environmental sealing. Operating temperature range is −65°C to +165°C, ensuring consistent performance in demanding RF environments.
