The ROSNOL AD-PC2PC25A-BH/9X-9X is a high-performance bulkhead adapter for 50 Ω systems operating from DC to 34.5 GHz. It offers VSWR ≤ 1.15, insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √f (GHz) dB, insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage 1000 V rms, and working voltage 335 V rms. RF leakage is ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz. The screw-lock coupling ensures secure engagement with ≥ 500 mating cycles, axial captivation ≥ 27 N, and recommended torque between 0.80 and 1.10 Nm.Materials and plating: center contacts are beryllium copper with gold plating (3 µinch) over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplate (80 µinch). The body, fastening nut, and washer are stainless steel with passivation for corrosion resistance, and the insulator is PS for stable dielectric properties. Operating temperature range is −55°C to +155°C, ensuring consistent performance in demanding RF environments.
