The ROSNOL AD-K2K25B-BH/9X-9X is a robust 50 ohm bulkhead adapter designed for DC to 40 GHz service. It specifies VSWR ≤ 1.15, insertion loss ≤ 0.04 × sqrt(f in GHz) dB, insulation resistance ≥ 5 Gohm, test voltage 750 Vrms, working voltage 250 Vrms, and RF leakage ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz. The screw-lock coupling delivers secure engagement with ≥ 500 mating cycles, axial center-contact captivation ≥ 20 N, coupling test torque of 1.7 Nm, and a recommended torque window of 0.80 to 1.10 Nm, supporting repeatable, low-loss connections.Materials and plating: center contacts are beryllium copper with gold plating (3 microinch) over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplate (80 microinch). The stainless steel body, fastening nut, and washer are passivated for enhanced corrosion resistance and mechanical durability, while the insulator is PEI for low dielectric loss. The adapter operates from −55 to +155 deg C, maintaining stable electrical characteristics across wide temperature swings.
