The ROSNOL AD-K1K25A-BH/9XX-9X is a precision bulkhead adapter specified at 50 ohm for operation from DC to 40 GHz. It achieves VSWR ≤ 1.15, insertion loss ≤ 0.04 × sqrt(f in GHz) dB, insulation resistance ≥ 5 Gohm, test voltage 750 Vrms, and working voltage 250 Vrms. RF leakage is ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz. The screw-lock coupling ensures secure engagement with ≥ 500 mating cycles, axial center-contact captivation ≥ 20 N, a coupling test torque of 1.7 Nm, and recommended torque between 0.80 and 1.10 Nm. This bulkhead design provides a compact, stable pass-through for high-frequency panels and enclosures.

Materials and plating: center contacts are beryllium copper with gold plating (3 microinch) over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplate (80 microinch). The body, coupling nut, fastening nut, and washer are stainless steel with passivation for excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical stability. The insulator is PEI for low loss and thermal robustness. Operating temperature range is −55 to +155 deg C, supporting reliable performance across demanding thermal cycles.
