The ROSNOL AD-T2T25B-PF/H4-H4 is a robust 50 Ω RF adapter optimized for DC to 11 GHz operation. It offers a VSWR of ≤1.20, insertion loss ≤0.05 × √f (GHz) dB, insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ, and contact resistance of ≤1.5 mΩ for the center and ≤1 mΩ for the outer contact. Electrical ratings include a test voltage of 1500 V rms, working voltage of 500 V rms, and power handling up to 80 W at 2 GHz. The screw-lock coupling mechanism ensures secure engagement, with ≥500 mating cycles, axial contact captivation ≥15 N, and recommended torque between 0.46 and 0.69 Nm. The 4-hole flange mount provides reliable panel installation for high-frequency applications.

Material construction includes phosphor bronze center contacts with gold plating (3 µinch) over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplate (80 µinch). The body is brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy plating for durability, and the insulator is PTFE for superior dielectric performance. This adapter operates within a temperature range of −65°C to +155°C, delivering consistent performance in harsh environments.
