The ROSNOL AD-T2T25A-PF/H4-H4 is a precision 50 Ω RF adapter designed for frequencies from DC to 11 GHz. It delivers a VSWR of ≤1.20, insertion loss ≤0.05 × √f (GHz) dB, insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ, and contact resistance of ≤1.5 mΩ for the center and ≤1 mΩ for the outer contact. Rated for a test voltage of 1500 V rms, working voltage of 500 V rms, and power handling up to 80 W at 2 GHz, this adapter ensures secure connectivity with a screw-lock coupling mechanism. Mechanical durability includes ≥500 mating cycles, axial contact captivation ≥15 N, and recommended torque between 0.46 and 0.69 Nm. The 4-hole flange design provides stable panel mounting for demanding RF environments.Constructed with high-quality materials, the center contacts are phosphor bronze with gold plating (3 µinch) over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplate (80 µinch). The body is brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy plating for corrosion resistance, and the insulator is PTFE for excellent dielectric properties. Operating temperature range is −65°C to +155°C, ensuring reliable performance under extreme conditions.
