The ROSNOL AD-A1A25A-PT/9XX-9X is designed for demanding RF and microwave applications, supporting DC to 18 GHz with a 50 Ω impedance. It achieves VSWR ≤ 1.15 and insertion loss ≤ 0.05√F (GHz) dB, ensuring minimal signal degradation. With insulation resistance up to 3 mΩ and power handling up to 200 W at 2 GHz, this adapter guarantees stable performance under rigorous conditions. The screw-lock coupling mechanism ensures secure engagement, with coupling nut retention ≥ 270 N and mechanical endurance of ≥ 500 mating cycles. Recommended torque is 0.8 to 1.1 Nm for optimal installation.Material selection emphasizes durability and precision: the center contact is beryllium copper with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underplating, while the body and coupling nut are stainless steel with passivated finish for corrosion resistance. PTFE insulators provide excellent dielectric stability, and silicone rubber gaskets maintain environmental integrity across a temperature range of -65°C to +155°C.
