The ROSNOL AD-A2A25B/91-91 is a straight SMA jack-to-jack adapter designed for DC to 18 GHz operation at 50 Ω impedance. It achieves VSWR ≤ 1.15 (Return Loss ≥ 23.1 dB), insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √f (GHz), insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤ 3 mΩ, outer contact resistance ≤ 2 mΩ, test voltage 1000 V rms, working voltage 480 V rms, and power handling up to 200 W at 2 GHz. RF leakage is rated at ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz. The screw-lock coupling mechanism ensures axial contact captivation ≥ 27 N, radial captivation ≥ 3 N·cm, and mechanical durability of at least 500 mating cycles, with recommended torque between 0.8 and 1.1 Nm.Materials and plating: center contact in beryllium copper with gold plating (≈3 microinch) over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating (≈80 microinch); body in brass with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus; PTFE insulator. The assembly supports a temperature range from −65 °C to +155 °C and offers excellent corrosion resistance.
