The ROSNOL ADH-A2A25A-BHS/9X-9X is a hermetically sealed bulkhead SMA jack-to-jack adapter engineered for DC to 18 GHz operation at 50 Ω impedance. It achieves VSWR ≤ 1.40 (Return Loss ≥ 15.6 dB), insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √f (GHz), insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤ 3 mΩ, outer contact resistance ≤ 2 mΩ, test voltage 1000 V rms, working voltage 480 V rms, and power handling up to 200 W at 2 GHz. RF leakage is rated at ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz. The screw-lock coupling ensures axial contact captivation ≥ 27 N, radial captivation ≥ 3 N·cm, and mechanical durability of at least 500 mating cycles, with recommended torque between 0.8 and 1.1 Nm.Materials and plating: center contact in beryllium copper with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating; body and fastening nut in stainless steel, passivated; PTFE insulator; silicone rubber gasket; washer in brass with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus; glass seal for hermetic integrity. The assembly supports a temperature range from −55 °C to +125 °C and meets hermetic sealing requirements with leak rate ≤ 1×10⁻⁸ SCC/sec under 15 PSIG differential pressure.
