The ROSNOL AD-A2A25J-BH-EC/9X-9X is a bulkhead SMA jack-to-jack adapter featuring epoxy captivation for enhanced durability. It supports DC to 18 GHz operation at 50 Ω impedance, with VSWR ≤ 1.20 (Return Loss ≥ 20.8 dB), insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √f (GHz), insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤ 3 mΩ, outer contact resistance ≤ 2 mΩ, test voltage 1000 V rms, working voltage 480 V rms, and power handling up to 200 W at 2 GHz. RF leakage is rated at ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz. The screw-lock coupling ensures axial contact captivation ≥ 27 N, radial captivation ≥ 3 N·cm, and mechanical endurance of ≥ 500 mating cycles, with recommended torque 0.8–1.1 Nm.Piece parts and plating: center contact in beryllium copper with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating; body and fastening nut in stainless steel, passivated; PTFE insulator; washer in brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy finish. The design supports operation from −65 °C to +165 °C and provides superior corrosion resistance.
