SMA Jack (Female) to SMA Jack (Female) | Bulkhead | Screw-Lock | Brass Body

The ROSNOL AD-A2A25A-BH/93-93 is a bulkhead SMA jack-to-jack adapter designed for DC to 18 GHz operation at 50 Ω impedance. It delivers VSWR ≤ 1.20 (Return Loss ≥ 20.8 dB), insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √f (GHz), insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage 1000 V rms, working voltage 480 V rms, and power handling up to 200 W at 2 GHz. The screw-lock coupling ensures axial center-contact captivation ≥ 27 N, radial captivation ≥ 3 N·cm, and mechanical durability of at least 500 mating cycles, with recommended torque between 0.8 and 1.1 Nm.

Materials and plating include beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating (≈3 microinch) over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating (≈80 microinch); brass body with nickel finish; PTFE insulator; fastening nut and washer in brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy coating. The assembly supports a temperature range from −65 °C to +155 °C and offers excellent corrosion resistance.
