The ROSNOL AD-A1A25A/933-93 is a precision 50-ohm straight adapter designed for DC to 18 GHz operation, delivering VSWR ≤ 1.20 (≥ 20.83 dB return loss) and insertion loss ≤ 0.03 × √F (GHz) dB. It ensures insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤ 3 mΩ, and outer contact resistance ≤ 2 mΩ. RF leakage is rated at ≥100 dB up to 1 GHz, with power handling capability up to 200 W at 2 GHz. Screw-lock coupling provides secure engagement, with mechanical endurance of ≥500 mating cycles and recommended torque of 0.8–1.1 Nm.Piece-part construction includes beryllium copper center contacts finished with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating for optimal conductivity and longevity. The bodies and coupling nuts are brass with nickel plating, and PTFE insulators ensure stable dielectric performance. Silicone rubber gaskets enhance sealing for environmental protection. The design supports reliable service across −65°C to +165°C.
