The ROSNOL AD-43101431025B/144-H4 is a high-performance 50-ohm straight adapter optimized for DC to 12 GHz, achieving VSWR ≤ 1.15 (≥ 23.13 dB return loss) and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB. It offers insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤ 1.0 mΩ, and outer contact resistance ≤ 1.0 mΩ. RF leakage is rated at ≥110 dB up to 6 GHz, with power handling of 500 W at 2 GHz and intermodulation performance ≥165 dBc (2 × 43 dBm). Both ends utilize screw-lock coupling for secure engagement and mechanical endurance of ≥500 mating cycles.Materials and plating are engineered for durability: brass or phosphor bronze center contacts with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating ensure superior conductivity and wear resistance. Bodies and coupling nuts are brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy finish, while PTFE insulators and silicone rubber gaskets provide environmental sealing. The adapter operates reliably across a −60°C to +165°C temperature range.
