N Jack (Female) to 7/16 Jack (Female) Adapter | Bulkhead | Screw-Lock | Brass Body
The ROSNOL LPAD-N2D25A-BH/H4-H4 is a low PIM 50-ohm bulkhead straight adapter designed for DC to 7.5 GHz operation, delivering VSWR ≤ 1.15 (≥ 23 dB return loss) and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB. It ensures superior electrical performance with insulation resistance ≤ 5 mΩ, center contact resistance ≤ 1 mΩ (N side) and ≤ 0.4 mΩ (7/16 side), and outer contact resistance ≤ 0.25 mΩ (N side) and ≤ 1.5 mΩ (7/16 side). RF leakage is rated at ≥128 dB up to 1 GHz, and PIM level exceeds −150 dBc. The adapter supports working voltage up to 500 Vrms and power handling ≥ 20 W. Both ends feature screw-lock coupling with axial captivation ≥ 200 N and mechanical endurance of ≥ 500 mating cycles; recommended torque is 0.7–1.1 Nm for N side and 25–30 Nm for 7/16 side.Piece-part construction includes phosphor bronze center contacts plated with 3 microinch gold over an 80 microinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating for optimal conductivity and durability. Bodies are made of brass copper-tin-zinc alloy, and insulators are PTFE for stable dielectric performance. The design ensures corrosion resistance and reliable operation across a temperature range of −65°C to +155°C.
