The ROSNOL LPAD-D1N25A/H44-H4 is a low PIM 50-ohm straight adapter optimized for DC to 7.5 GHz, achieving VSWR ≤ 1.20 (≥ 20 dB return loss) and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB. It offers robust electrical characteristics including insulation resistance ≤ 5 mΩ, center contact resistance ≤ 1 mΩ (N side) and ≤ 0.4 mΩ (7/16 side), and outer contact resistance ≤ 0.25 mΩ (N side) and ≤ 1.5 mΩ (7/16 side). RF leakage is rated at ≥128 dB up to 1 GHz, and PIM level exceeds −155 dBc. The adapter supports working voltage up to 500 Vrms and power handling ≥ 20 W. Both ends utilize screw-lock coupling with axial captivation ≥ 200 N and mechanical endurance of ≥ 500 mating cycles; recommended torque is 0.7–1.1 Nm for N side and 25–30 Nm for 7/16 side.Materials and plating are engineered for reliability: phosphor bronze center contacts with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating ensure superior conductivity and wear resistance. Bodies and coupling nuts are brass copper-tin-zinc alloy, while PTFE insulators provide stable dielectric properties. The adapter operates reliably across a −65°C to +155°C temperature range.
