The ROSNOL AD-W2V25A/9X-9X is a precision 50-ohm straight adapter designed for DC to 67 GHz operation, delivering VSWR ≤ 1.5 (≥ 13.98 dB return loss) and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB. It employs screw-lock coupling on both the 1.00 mm and 1.85 mm sides, with center-contact captivation for secure engagement and mechanical durability of ≥ 500 mating cycles. Recommended torque is 0.35 Nm for the 1.00 mm side and 0.90 Nm for the 1.85 mm side, with maximum torque limits of 0.70 Nm and 1.65 Nm.Piece-part construction includes beryllium copper center contacts finished with 3 microinch gold plating over an 80 microinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating for optimal conductivity and longevity. The bodies are stainless steel with passivated surfaces for corrosion resistance, and the insulators are PEI for stable dielectric performance. The design supports reliable service across −55°C to +165°C.
