The ROSNOL AD-W1V15A/9XX-9XX is a precision 50-ohm straight adapter engineered for ultra-high-frequency performance from DC to 67 GHz, delivering VSWR ≤ 1.5 (≥ 13.98 dB return loss) and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB. It features screw-lock coupling on both ends, center-contact captivation for secure engagement, and mechanical durability rated at ≥ 500 mating cycles. Recommended torque is 0.35 Nm for the 1.00 mm side and 0.90 Nm for the 1.85 mm side, with maximum torque limits of 0.70 Nm and 1.65 Nm respectively.Constructed with beryllium copper center contacts plated with 3 microinch gold over an 80 microinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, this adapter ensures excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. Stainless steel bodies and coupling nuts are passivated for durability, while PEI insulators provide stable dielectric properties. The design supports reliable operation across a temperature range of −55°C to +165°C.
