The ROSNOL AD-V1PCA25A/9XX-9X is a high-performance 50-ohm straight adapter optimized for DC to 27 GHz, achieving VSWR ≤ 1.15 (≥ 23.13 dB return loss) and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB. It offers secure screw-lock coupling on both ends, center-contact captivation ≥ 20 N and ≥ 27 N, and mechanical endurance of ≥ 500 mating cycles. Recommended torque ranges from 0.80 to 1.10 Nm, with test torque limits of 1.65 Nm and 1.70 Nm for repeatable connections.

Materials and plating are engineered for reliability: beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating ensure superior conductivity and wear resistance. Stainless steel bodies and coupling nuts are passivated for corrosion protection, while PS insulators maintain dielectric stability. The adapter operates reliably across a −60°C to +100°C temperature range.
