The ROSNOL AD-V1PC25A/9XX-9X is a high-performance 50-ohm straight adapter designed for DC to 33 GHz operation, achieving VSWR ≤ 1.15 (≥ 23.13 dB return loss) with insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB. Electrical integrity is supported by insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage 500 Vrms, working voltage 150 Vrms, and RF leakage ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz. Both ends feature screw-lock coupling for secure engagement, center-contact captivation ≥ 20 N, and mechanical durability of ≥ 500 mating cycles. Recommended torque is 0.80–1.10 Nm with defined side-specific test torque values.

Materials and plating are optimized for reliability: beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel‑phosphorus underplating provide excellent conductivity and wear resistance. Stainless steel bodies and coupling nuts are passivated for corrosion protection, while PEI insulators and a silicone rubber gasket ensure stable dielectric properties and sealing. The assembly maintains performance from −55°C to +165°C.
