The ROSNOL AD-V1PC15A/1XX-1XX is a precision 50-ohm straight adapter engineered for DC to 33 GHz operation, delivering VSWR ≤ 1.15 (≥ 23.13 dB return loss) with ultra-low insertion loss specified as ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB. It provides insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage 500 Vrms, working voltage 150 Vrms, and RF leakage ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz for clean signal integrity. The adapter employs robust screw-lock coupling on both the 1.85 mm and 3.5 mm sides, center-contact captivation ≥ 20 N, and mechanical endurance of ≥ 500 mating cycles. Recommended coupling torque is 0.80–1.10 Nm, supported by side-specific test torque limits.Piece-part construction includes brass center contacts finished with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel‑phosphorus underplating to ensure conductivity and wear resistance. The body and coupling nut are stainless steel with a passivated finish for corrosion protection, while the insulators are PEI and gaskets are silicone rubber for stable dielectric performance and sealing. The design supports reliable service across a temperature range of −55°C to +165°C.
