The ROSNOL AD-V2K25A/9X-9X is a precision 50-ohm straight adapter optimized for DC to 40 GHz operation, delivering VSWR ≤ 1.15 (≥ 23.1 dB return loss) and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB. It provides insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage of 500 Vrms, working voltage of 150 Vrms, and RF leakage ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz. Both ends utilize screw-lock coupling for secure engagement, with center-contact captivation ≥ 20 N and mechanical endurance of ≥ 500 mating cycles. Recommended torque is 0.80–1.10 Nm, supported by test torque values of 1.65 Nm and 1.70 Nm for each interface.

The adapter features beryllium copper center contacts with 3 microinch gold plating over an 80 microinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating for superior conductivity and wear resistance. Stainless steel bodies and coupling nuts are passivated for corrosion protection, while PEI insulators ensure stable dielectric properties. This rugged design supports reliable performance across a −55°C to +165°C temperature range.
