The ROSNOL AD-V1K25A/9XX-9X is a high-performance 50-ohm straight adapter designed for frequencies from DC to 40 GHz, ensuring VSWR ≤ 1.15 (≥ 23.1 dB return loss) and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB. It offers insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage of 500 Vrms, working voltage of 150 Vrms, and RF leakage ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz. Both ends feature screw-lock coupling for secure connections, with center-contact captivation ≥ 20 N and mechanical durability rated at ≥ 500 mating cycles. Recommended torque ranges from 0.80 to 1.10 Nm, with test torque values of 1.65 Nm (1.85 mm) and 1.70 Nm (2.92 mm).Constructed with beryllium copper center contacts plated with 3 microinch gold over an 80 microinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, this adapter ensures excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. The body and coupling nut are stainless steel with passivated finish, while the insulator is PEI for stable dielectric performance. Designed for durability, it operates reliably across a temperature range of −55°C to +165°C.
