The ROSNOL AD-U1T25A/H44-H4 is a precision RF adapter engineered for systems operating from DC to 300 MHz with 50 Ω impedance. It delivers VSWR ≤1.30 (≥17.7 dB return loss) and ensures stable signal integrity for low-frequency applications. Electrical specifications include insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤5 mΩ (UHF) and ≤1.5 mΩ (TNC), and outer contact resistance ≤5 mΩ and ≤1 mΩ respectively. Coupling mechanisms feature screw-lock on both ends, providing secure engagement with ≥500 mating cycles and center contact captivation ≥30 N (UHF) and ≥27 N (TNC).

The center contacts are phosphor bronze with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating for superior conductivity and corrosion resistance. Bodies and coupling nuts are brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy finish, while insulators are PTFE for excellent dielectric properties. A silicone rubber gasket enhances environmental sealing. The adapter operates reliably within a temperature range of -55°C to +149°C, ensuring durability in demanding environments.
