SSMC Plug (Male) to SMA Jack (Female) | Straight Design | Screw-Lock | Brass Body

The ROSNOL AD-SSMC1A25A/933-93 is a precision straight adapter for RF and microwave systems, operating from DC to 12.4 GHz with 50 Ω impedance. It ensures VSWR ≤1.3 (≥17.69 dB return loss) and insertion loss ≤0.05√F (GHz) dB for stable signal transmission. Electrical ratings include insulation resistance ≥1 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤5.0 mΩ (SSMC) and ≤3.0 mΩ (SMA), outer contact resistance ≤2.5 mΩ and ≤2.0 mΩ respectively. The adapter withstands 750 V RMS test voltage and 335 V RMS working voltage, supporting up to 1.5 A DC current. Both ends feature screw-lock coupling with center contact captivation ≥27 N and mechanical durability of ≥500 mating cycles.

The center contacts are beryllium copper with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating for superior conductivity and corrosion resistance. Bodies and coupling nuts are brass with nickel plating, while insulators are PTFE for excellent dielectric performance. The adapter operates reliably from -55°C to +155°C, ensuring durability in demanding environments.
