The ROSNOL AD-SB1B25A/911-93 is a precision RF adapter designed for DC to 4 GHz operation with 50 Ω impedance. It achieves VSWR ≤ 1.35 and insertion loss ≤ 0.05√F (GHz) dB, ensuring stable signal transmission and minimal loss. Insulation resistance is ≥1 GΩ, and the adapter supports ≥500 mating cycles on both ends. Coupling mechanisms include snap-lock for SSMB and bayonet-lock for BNC, with center contact captivation ≥10 N for secure engagement.

Center contacts are beryllium copper with 3 microinch gold plating over an 80 microinch nickel-phosphorus underplating. Bodies and coupling nuts are brass with corrosion-resistant finish, and insulators are PTFE for thermal stability. The operating temperature range spans −65°C to +165°C, ensuring durability under harsh conditions.
