The ROSNOL AD-SA1A25A/9XX-9X is a precision RF adapter designed for DC to 18 GHz operation with 50 Ω impedance. It achieves VSWR ≤ 1.20 and insertion loss ≤ 0.05√F (GHz) dB, ensuring excellent return loss and minimal signal degradation. Insulation resistance is ≥5 GΩ, and the adapter supports ≥500 mating cycles on both ends. Coupling mechanisms are screw-lock for SSMA and SMA sides, with center contact captivation ≥22 N for secure engagement.

Center contacts are beryllium copper with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underplating. Bodies and coupling nuts are stainless steel with passivated finish, and insulators are PTFE for thermal stability. Recommended torque is 0.8–1.1 Nm. The operating temperature range spans −65°C to +165°C, ensuring durability under harsh conditions.
