The ROSNOL AD-Q2PCA25A/H1-H1 is a precision RF adapter optimized for DC to 27 GHz operation, featuring 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.15 (>23.13 dB return loss), and insertion loss ≤ 0.05√f (GHz) dB. Electrical ratings include insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ, test voltage 500 V rms, and working voltage 150 V rms, with RF leakage ≥100 dB up to 1 GHz. Coupling mechanisms are screw-lock on both sides, with center contact captivation ≥20 N and mechanical durability of ≥500 cycles.

Constructed with phosphor bronze center contacts plated with gold over nickel-phosphorus underplating, brass bodies with gold plating, and PTFE and PEI insulators for excellent dielectric stability. The adapter operates reliably across −55°C to +165°C, making it suitable for high-frequency and demanding RF environments.
