The ROSNOL AD-Q1SA15A/9XX-9XX is a high-performance straight RF adapter engineered for DC to 40 GHz operation with a precise 50 Ω impedance. It delivers VSWR ≤ 1.15 and insertion loss ≤ 0.05√F (GHz) dB, ensuring excellent return loss and minimal signal degradation across the full frequency range. Insulation resistance is ≥ 5 GΩ, and both ends feature robust screw-lock coupling mechanisms rated for ≥500 mating cycles. Coupling nut retention exceeds 270 N, and center contact captivation is ≥20 N, providing secure and repeatable connections for demanding RF and microwave systems.

The adapter’s piece parts are designed for durability and signal integrity. Center contacts are beryllium copper with 3 microinch gold plating over an 80 microinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating for superior conductivity and corrosion resistance. Bodies and coupling nuts are stainless steel with passivated finish, insulators are PEI, and gaskets are silicone rubber for environmental sealing. Recommended torque is 0.9 Nm on both sides. The operating temperature range spans −55°C to +165°C, ensuring reliable performance under extreme conditions.
