The ROSNOL AD-PCT2PCT25A-BH/9X-9X is a precision RF adapter designed for DC to 18 GHz operation, featuring 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.2 (>20.83 dB return loss), and insertion loss ≤ 0.06√f (GHz) dB. Electrical ratings include insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤1.5 mΩ, and outer contact resistance ≤0.2 mΩ. The adapter supports a working voltage of 500 V rms and test voltage of 1500 V rms. Coupling mechanism is screw-lock, with center contact captivation ≥27 N and mechanical endurance of ≥500 mating cycles.Constructed with beryllium copper center contacts plated with gold over nickel-phosphorus underplating, stainless steel bodies and fastening nuts with passivation, brass washers, and PTFE insulators for excellent dielectric stability. The adapter operates reliably across −65°C to +165°C and meets IP68 protection when assembled in housing.
