Description

SMPM Plug (Male) to SMA Jack (Female) Adapter | 4-Hole Flange Mount | Snap-On & Screw-Lock | Stainless Steel Body

The ROSNOL AD-PMF1A25A-PF/9X-9X is a precision RF adapter designed for DC to 26.5 GHz operation, featuring 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.08 and insertion loss ≤ 0.1√f (GHz) dB. Electrical ratings include insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤6 mΩ, and outer contact resistance ≤2 mΩ. Coupling mechanisms include snap-on for SMPM and screw-lock for SMA, with center contact captivation ≥7 N (SMPM) and ≥20 N (SMA). Mechanical endurance is ≥100 cycles for SMPM and ≥500 cycles for SMA. Hole spacing is 6.35 mm (0.250 inch), ensuring secure panel mounting.

Constructed with beryllium copper center contacts plated with gold over nickel-phosphorus underplating, stainless steel bodies with passivation, and PEI insulators for excellent dielectric stability. The adapter operates reliably across −55°C to +165°C, making it suitable for high-frequency and demanding RF environments.

ROSNOL’s precision-engineered RF adapters deliver consistent performance across RF and microwave systems. Manufactured in ISO 9001-certified facilities, all products comply with RoHS and REACH standards, offering a cost-effective alternative to leading European and American brands. Customization services for materials, plating, and mechanical design are available to meet specialized interconnect requirements.
