The ROSNOL AD-PF1A25A-BH/9X-9X is a precision RF adapter optimized for DC to 26.5 GHz operation, featuring 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.43 (≥15 dB return loss), and insertion loss ≤ 0.05√f (GHz) dB. Electrical ratings include insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤6 mΩ (SMP) and ≤3 mΩ (SMA), and outer contact resistance ≤2 mΩ. The adapter supports a working voltage of 335 V rms and test voltage of 500 V rms. Coupling mechanisms include snap-on for SMP and screw-lock for SMA, with center contact captivation ≥27 N and mechanical durability of ≥100 cycles for SMP and ≥500 cycles for SMA.
Constructed with beryllium copper center contacts plated with gold over nickel-phosphorus underplating, stainless steel bodies and fastening nut with passivation, brass washer, and PTFE insulators for excellent dielectric stability. The adapter operates reliably across −55°C to +125°C, ensuring durability in challenging RF environments.
