The ROSNOL AD-PL1A25A/9X-9X is engineered for DC to 18 GHz applications, offering 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.19 (≥21.2 dB return loss), and insertion loss ≤ 0.05√f (GHz) dB. Electrical specifications include insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤6 mΩ (SMP) and ≤3 mΩ (SMA), and outer contact resistance ≤2 mΩ. The adapter features a snap-on coupling for SMP and screw-lock for SMA, with center contact captivation ≥7 N (SMP) and ≥27 N (SMA). Mechanical endurance is ≥500 cycles for both sides, ensuring long-term reliability.Material construction includes beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underplating, stainless steel bodies with passivation, and PTFE insulators for stable dielectric properties. The adapter withstands temperatures from −65°C to +165°C, ensuring dependable performance in harsh conditions.
