Description

SMP Plug (Male) Full Detent to SMA Jack (Female) Adapter | Snap-On & Screw-Lock | Stainless Steel Body

The ROSNOL AD-PF1A25A/9X-9X is a precision RF adapter designed for DC to 18 GHz operation, featuring 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.19 (≥21.2 dB return loss), and insertion loss ≤ 0.05√f (GHz) dB. Electrical ratings include insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤6 mΩ (SMP) and ≤3 mΩ (SMA), and outer contact resistance ≤2 mΩ. The adapter employs a snap-on coupling for SMP and screw-lock for SMA, ensuring secure engagement with center contact captivation ≥7 N (SMP) and ≥27 N (SMA). Mechanical durability is ≥100 cycles for SMP and ≥500 cycles for SMA.

Constructed with beryllium copper center contacts plated with gold over nickel-phosphorus underplating for superior conductivity. Both SMP and SMA bodies are stainless steel with passivation, while PTFE insulators provide excellent dielectric stability. The adapter operates reliably across −65°C to +165°C, making it suitable for demanding RF environments.

ROSNOL’s precision-engineered RF adapters deliver consistent performance across RF and microwave systems. Manufactured in ISO 9001-certified facilities, all products comply with RoHS and REACH standards, offering a cost-effective alternative to leading European and American brands. Customization services for materials, plating, and mechanical design are available to meet specialized interconnect requirements.
