The ROSNOL AD-PCT2TK25A/9X-9X is a precision RF adapter designed for DC to 18 GHz applications, featuring 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.20 (≥20.83 dB return loss), and insertion loss ≤ 0.05√f (GHz) dB. The screw-lock coupling mechanism ensures secure engagement on both sides, with center contact captivation ≥27 N on the TNC interface and mechanical durability of at least 500 mating cycles. Recommended torque for the TNC side ranges from 0.46 Nm to 0.69 Nm, ensuring reliable assembly for high-frequency systems.Material construction includes beryllium copper center contacts plated with gold over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating for superior conductivity and corrosion resistance. Both TNC and TK bodies are stainless steel with passivation, while PTFE insulators provide excellent dielectric stability. The adapter operates reliably across a temperature range of −55°C to +100°C, making it suitable for demanding RF environments.
