The ROSNOL AD-PCT1PCN25A/9X4-9X is designed for high-frequency performance from DC to 18 GHz, offering 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.15 (≥23.13 dB return loss), and insertion loss ≤ 0.1√f (GHz) dB. It provides insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤1.5 mΩ (TNC) and ≤1.0 mΩ (N), and outer contact resistance ≤1.0 mΩ. Rated for 500 V rms working voltage and 1500 V rms dielectric withstanding voltage, this adapter ensures robust electrical integrity. The screw-lock coupling mechanism delivers secure engagement with center contact captivation ≥28 N, mechanical endurance of ≥500 mating cycles, and recommended torque of 0.46–0.69 Nm (TNC) and 0.7–1.1 Nm (N).Material construction includes beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underplating for optimal conductivity. The TNC body is stainless steel with passivation, while the coupling nut is brass alloy for enhanced mechanical strength. PTFE insulators ensure stable dielectric properties. The adapter withstands temperatures from −55°C to +155°C, making it suitable for harsh operating conditions.
