The ROSNOL AD-PCT1PCN25A/933-93 is a precision RF adapter designed for DC to 18 GHz operation with 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.15 (≥23.13 dB return loss), and insertion loss ≤ 0.1√f (GHz) dB. Electrical ratings include insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤1.5 mΩ (TNC) and ≤1.0 mΩ (N), and outer contact resistance ≤1.0 mΩ. The adapter supports a working voltage of 500 V rms and dielectric withstanding voltage of 1500 V rms. Screw-lock coupling ensures secure engagement, with center contact captivation ≥27 N, coupling nut retention ≥445 N, and mechanical durability of ≥500 mating cycles. Recommended torque is 1.35 Nm for both sides.Material construction includes beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underplating for superior conductivity. Both TNC and N bodies and coupling nuts are brass with nickel plating, while PS insulators provide stable dielectric performance. The adapter operates reliably across −60°C to +100°C, ensuring durability in demanding environments.
